Physical Therapy & Pilates
$120: Full 1 hour in home, hotel, or work visit, encompassing diagnosis, education and treatments (may include dry needling, manual therapy, soft tissue massage, injury specific exercise, stretching, home exercise program); Full 1 hour home Pilates session.
Dry Needling & Therapeutic Massage
$70: This is a shorter physical therapy treatment (30 minutes) consisting of evaluation muscle/tissue of interest, dry needling (if desired), therapeutic massage, & gentle stretching.
Referral Services
$50: You live or will have an extended stay at another location other than the Vail Valley. We will assist in finding the right therapist or instructor for you, according to where you live, the learning style you have, your goals, and the type of treatments you would like to receive.
Do you bill insurance?
We believe physical therapy should be provided one on one, by a physical therapist for 60 minutes. This approach will get you better faster, with fewer visits.
To provide the upmost quality in care and service to each client, Navig8 Physical Therapy & Pilates does not contract with insurance companies at this time. Rather than being restricted by insurance as to the length of session and what care can be provided, we can focus all our attention on the client. We act as an out of network provider, meaning we collect payment for our services and provide a detailed receipt and paperwork upon request for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We advise that you contact your insurance company before your treatment to determine if they reimburse for "out of network providers."
